A VERY interesting 24 hours!

Wednesday was pick up day for our long awaited Alto. We arrived EXCITED and emotional after waiting so long for this day to come. Our 4 hour orientation was extended to 8 due to some complications. Safari Condo was great at making sure all was well with our trailer before we left. But, as we were leaving, rather exhausted, for our campsite in de la Jacques-Cartier provincial park, it started to rain. It was getting dark and was not an easy task making our way through Quebec City in heavy traffic pulling the trailer for the first time! We drove about an hour, found our campsite and got to set up our trailer for the first time in the pouring rain! Not an easy task! We survived with our marriage intact!😊

First night challenge. Where is the flashlight? Cell phone flashlights to the rescue!
Are you sure this is where I sleep?
First morning. This is before the French press broke! 😳

We Are Grateful

After the first crazy night setting up camp, Jeanie woke up in (sciatic) pain and was barely able to walk. She took it easy all day. It felt like a miracle when the next day the pain was gone and everything felt normal again!
